English language holidays – Junior Summer Programme (ages 12 to 17).

Students can arrive any Sunday during the course for a minimum of two weeks.

Our two centres are located on the beautiful lakes of Lough Arrow in County Sligo and Lough Allen in County Leitrim

English Language Camp Ireland offers an English language immersion course for teenage students. We accept a maximum of 50 students per course and a maximum of 15 students from any one country.

The programme consists of 3 hours of English tuition each morning. Students are assigned to one of 5 levels and the focus is on improving fluency and communication. Our teachers are native speakers and are very experienced in teaching English as a foreign language. Classes consist of project work, debates and language learning games to facilitate as much progress towards English fluency as possible during the student’s stay.

The afternoon programme allows students to put their new language into practice through activities including Kayaking, Horse-Riding, Cookery Lessons and Zip-Lines in the local forest park!

Evenings are more relaxed when students, along with leaders and Irish teenagers, play board games, quizzes, have English movie nights or Ping Pong competitions with the teachers!

Location

The English Language Camp Ireland programme takes place on our campus on Lough Arrow in County Sligo and Lough Allen County Leitrim – both in the west of Ireland. The locations are famous for outstanding natural beauty. The school’s close proximity to beaches, lakes and Ireland’s largest forest park makes an excellent base for all our activities.
